Demetrius’s Taverna is the Jewel of Lindos. Once found, never to be forgotten. 5 very happy early evenings (8 > 11.30 pm) spent in the company of this totally amazing man and his friends/staff/family. Drinking, eating & learning to play backgammon. The best ‘aperitif’ to a great night out in the best village on the planet, Lindos.

LINDOS IS AMAZING AND GORGEOUS. ME AND MY FAMILY WENT THERE IN AUGUST 2010,AND YOU CAN BASICALLY SEE THE ACROPOLIS FROM THE WATER.IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT GOING,AND YOU DO GO THEN MAKE SURE YOU JUMP ON A DONKEY AND RIDE UP TO THE ACROPOLIS.

I agree Gillian. For peace and quiet and a relaxing break, I’d much rather have St. Paul’s bay to the main beach, but overall Lindos is for me a place that makes you feel like you belong. It’s hard to describe the welcome and the atmosphere. It’s like a second home. Everything is literally a short distance away and at the same time just far enough away from the busy bars, restaurants, and shops to be unobtrusive.

ST PAULS BAY IS TOTAL PARADISE IT IS ALL WE THINK ABOUT ALL YEAR AND WE HAVE BEEN 3 TIMES TO DATE SO TRANQUIL WARM SEA AND CRYSTAL CLEAR WATERS LINDOS IS PURE PURE HEAVEN BEEN ALL OVER AND LINDOS IS THE PLACE FOR US !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are going back this year for a second time, first time 2 years ago and stayed in the main beach area. This time we are staying in St Pauls Bay area. Cant wait, love it love it love it, all of it!
